Overseas Orders/Canadian Orders
Our system does not allow for charging freight on overseas shipments. If you place an order, you must have an email address for us to contact you with the freight charges. Or, if you prefer, you can contact us for a pro-forma invoice before placing your order. All broker fees, duties, etc. are the responsibility of the purchaser.
All shipments of items that must be shipped freight (intensive, such as oversized, too large or too heavy or hazardous products) will be shipped by truck and we will contact you with a freight quote before shipment. Existing charges that you may have incurred when you placed your order will be deducted from the freight bill. All costs associated with special shipping instructions are the responsibility of the customer. We will notify you of the difference in charges.

B2bprofessionaltools Shipping Policies
While we utilize a 14 million dollar inventory, some items may be on backorder. We will attempt to notify you of any long delays in shipping your order, giving you the opportunity to cancel. We usually ship the following day. Our warehouse is open Mon-Fri., 9-5, Eastern Standard time. Shipments must be entered by 12:00 to be shipped the same day. We ship most of our products via FEDEX ground from our warehouse in New Jersey.
