Return Policy

Return Goods Policy: The descriptions and pictured representations on this site resemble the actual product as closely as possible. However, because of continuing efforts to improve our merchandise, changes are unavoidable and designs and specifications will sometimes vary. If tolerances or dimensions are critical, please mention this on your order or contact us first. Approval must be obtained and a Return Goods Authorization Number must be granted before returned merchandise will be accepted. Full credit will be granted on merchandise shipped in error or defective. All items considered for return (excluding damaged or defective items) must be in mint condition and in original packaging. Any alteration of tools by the user releases B2BProfessionaltools.com from any warranties, expressed or implied, and all liabilities for damages sustained in use of the altered tools. If altered items are returned for credit, no credit will be issued and the items will not be returned to the customer. A restocking charge of 10% may be charged for returned items at the discretion of B2BProfessionaltools.com. The customer will be liable for all shipping and handling costs for returned goods that are not defective. No approval for return after 90 days.
